Data REMOVAL Request

To request deletion of analytics data associated with your Ghostline installation, follow these steps:

1. Open Ghostline.

2. Open the Info page.

3. Tap the Privacy button.

4. Find the Installation ID. This is the identifier associated with your app analytics.

5. Use the copy button next to the Installation ID to copy it.

6. Send an email using the details below.

To: privacy@ghostline.app

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Suggested message:

Please delete the analytics data associated with my Ghostline installation. Installation ID: [Paste your copied Installation ID here]

If you cannot access the app, or the Installation ID is unavailable or displayed as a dash, email privacy@ghostline.app with the same subject and explain that you cannot retrieve it. You can still submit a request. Turning off analytics in the Privacy screen stops future analytics collection; it does not itself delete previously collected data.
